We ensure that the products are always delivered to you fully and professionally cleaned. You therefore never have to clean the products thoroughly, but we appreciate it if products are returned to us neatly.
1. VACUUMING
Crumbs, food scraps, and sand: it's everywhere. With the vacuum cleaner, your product will be crumb and sand-free again in no time.
2. WIPE
For hard materials and most fabrics, a damp cloth works wonders. Milk marks, food remains, small stains: most of this can easily be removed with some water and a cloth.
3. LOOSE PARTS
Did your product include other parts, such as accessories or a newborn insert? Check whether your package is complete.
Children just make a mess. Trust us, we know ;). We take into account that the products are used intensively. You do not have to clean the products thoroughly (we will take care of that), but here are a few tips to ensure you can enjoy your products for an extra long time.
Keep your products fresh
By regularly removing sand with the vacuum cleaner or wiping a wet cloth over the upholstery, you prevent stains or dirt from remaining on the fabric or material.
Store your products properly
This way you contribute to extending the lifespan of the products. For example, store them in a dry and clean place and avoid direct sunlight. For a buggy or stroller, it is best to store it folded. Also saves space!

Tiny Library rents out new and almost new products. Before the products are rented out again, they are professionally cleaned and checked for safety. If your product is not as expected, our customer service is happy to assist you.
Naturally! We guarantee that all products are inspected, washed and sanitized by our professional dry cleaners before being offered for rental. For your baby's skin and for the sake of the planet, we only use natural cleansers.

Yes, you can take out Tiny Care coverage with us. Tiny Care coverage covers 100% of the repair costs if your rental product is damaged during the rental period. This only concerns damage that can be expected during normal use of the products. Read more here .
If your product is returned to us very dirty and/or damaged, you may receive an additional invoice for cleaning and/or repair costs. If in doubt, always contact us.
